Crystal Choosing, Destiny, Synchronicity

   It has been very clear to me since the beginning of my close relationship with these beautiful miracles of nature that it is the crystal who choose their partners! You may be under the impression that it is all your decision to bring a crystal into your life, but what I know to be true is that a crystal will sense its owner, read your energy and know it is meant to work with you, and when you choose that crystal whether its because of the color, luster, formation etc it is really your intuition kicking in and sensing the connection that is already there. What has become commonplace in my crystal collecting is that I will be attracted to a crystal, decide to bring it home with me and upon doing a little research on its properties I will always come to find that its specific energies are exactly what I need at that exact time in my life. Without fail.
   Yesterday’s venture at the Oahu Holistic & Metaphysical Expo provided me with four new crystal companions who are a prime example of what I mean, two of which I hadn’t even planned on receiving. My first two crystals came from Joli Joli Designs, a jewelry brand and merchant of high quality crystal specimens. The shop-owner Keala is a very sweet woman who I’ve purchased from in the past and is always cheerful and easy to converse with. Her love for crystals is so obvious and endearing. As I was inspecting her treasures, I became attracted to a puffy heart shaped piece of Mookaite Jasper in a beautiful blend of red, pink and mauve. I already knew that Mookaite was used to enhance one’s beauty and revitalize the skin and as I am currently having skin issues and have gone as far as playing frequency audios for toning and nourishing the skin of the face with essential vitamins, minerals and aminos on a loop as I slept, I thought it would be a perfect addition. Upon closer inspection of the bowl I had picked it out of, I noticed another heart shaped crystal of forest green and lilac, striking and beautiful as well. Keala explained it was also Jasper (Fancy Jasper to be exact), and because I couldn’t decide between the two she ended up giving me one for free. And so one became two.
   Later I stumbled upon The Wise Owl’s Daughter’s booth, which also carried the most beautiful crystals. I spotted a bowl of Desert Rose Selenite and remembered at one time in the past thinking that I needed to pick up a piece, but couldn’t quite remember why. I looked in the bowl and saw a few at once that shined but I wasn’t drawn to a clear standout. As I looked closer however, there was one that was the oddball, having two rounded clumps stuck together instead of a single, and was shaped kind of like a little desert snowman, one clump being smaller than the other. My first thought was “that’s somebody”. I was curious, so I took out my phone, did a quick search and the first thing I came to find out is that Desert Roses are said to contain a spirit guardian. The coincidences are endless. I immediately purchased my little buddy and later when I decided to sit down and take a break from all the treasure hunting, I opened my gift bag and came to find that the shop-owner at The Wise Owl’s Daughter had placed a thank you gift of a Selenite puffy heart inside as well! So now I had three hearts! And a guide (: And so two became four.
   I was contemplating the meaning of receiving three hearts in one day, normally I go for points or raw pieces in their most natural form. Nothing is ever a coincidence though, as in the last few days I have been playing with the concept of the power of three.  Repeating something three times holds great power. I’ve been blessing my drinking water three times before drinking it, have been making it a point recently to be more mindful of the holy trinity in the form of mother earth, father sky, and I the child in my divinely inspired contemplations and have been seeing repeated numbers much more often, normally three of the same repeating digit such as 444. Clearly I am meant to spend a little more time on this concept of three. Later as I researched more about my Desert Rose, I found that it is considered to be quite lucky because it is known to combine the powers of Father Sky and Mother Earth! Clearly there is something to this trinity energy I am asked to pay attention to and my Desert Rose is meant to be my guide and mentor.

   About two weeks ago I had listened to a replay of Jennifer Mclean’s webcasts with Elizabeth Jones, master psychic. I revisited my notes on the replay in which she did an energetic forecast for this year, pulling a tarot card to represent each month’s energies. For this month of February, synchronicity was at work again as she pulled the Lover’s card, which is about unification, coming together, marrying the yin and the yang. Hmmm….. lol. She also mentioned that this card is about soul agreements, what did we agree to do? She mentioned that there may be, through synchronicities, a hint about what we agreed to do on a soul level in this lifetime.
   I have much to think about. But the synchronicities don’t stop there, not even close!  Below I will go more into the properties of each crystal and the synchronicities between their properties and what I have been going through/ working on in my life right now. Also, I highly recommend reading two other posts if you feel so inclined. The other two are about the Oahu Holistic & Metaphysical Expo, which I attended yesterday (Feb 25th) and Marae Haakoa, a group whose lecture on Kanenuiakea and Kaananiau, I had been in attendance at yesterday at the Expo but definitely needed and deserved an entire post to their selves, the power of that presentation was so mind-blowingly strong. Both of those posts go hand in hand with this one and really entwine all the synchronicities of the day and my life at the moment. I cannot stress enough how interconnected my day was yesterday.
  
Mookaite Jasper:

• Empowers one to feel and connect with the electromagnetic energy currents of the Earth

(I have been making it a point to connect more with Gaia in order to strengthen my Root Chakra and feel more grounded)

• Used to connect with elemental Earth powers for increasing self confidence, self worth, and to realize one’s full potential

(I am currently working on embracing the energy of worthiness, I realized that I had a block to feeling worthy of certain good things which resulted in me keeping those things from actualizing)

• Activates the Solar Plexus Chakra, the seat of will and personal power

(The solar plexus is center for manifestation and I have been learning how to maximize my manifesting will power to create the life I desire)

• A tool for overcoming procrastination and bringing motivation

(Something I am trying to avoid is procrastination, especially since giving up wasting days not getting anything done for Lent)

• Boosts immune system and counters effects of aging

(Thank the lord because my immune system was pretty much shot due to my skin infection)

• Beneficial in healing cuts and wounds

(Ditto)

• Supportive in delving beneath emotions to find and release core issues that create emotional upset

(Realizing triggers might not always necessarily be the trigger)

• Brings one’s beliefs about aging and degeneration to the conscious mind, allows you to know change is possible and by raising the vibration of mind and body, can reduce the process of physical aging

(I’m 25 and am having a crisis around getting older but I’m slowly but surely learning to release perceptions about aging, realizing it is only a number and I am only as old as I feel)

• Allows access to genetic memory, revealing emotional and behavioral patterns handed down through your family and allows clearing of those patterns

(This is definitely something I’ve been working on, breaking the pattern of giving my power away to anyone, and not letting an injustice dictate my life, which I could see being issues in my family’s past)

• Worn throughout history as an amulet against evil spirits, protection in shamanic rituals, and against unseen hazards of the night

(Protection from entities and lower-vibrating energies has been important to me recently because I feel my physical and energetic bodies have been so vulnerable because of my current ailment)
 
Fancy Jasper:

• Will intensify feelings of well-being, helping you to lighten up and enjoy yourself more

(Sometimes I’ll catch myself starting the morning joyfully, only to go out in public and not know how to feel anymore, like not being used to being happy so this is beneficial for sure)

• Can relieve fear, guilt and frustration

(I’ve been hard on myself lately, frustrated with myself for mistakes I’ve made and feeling guilty and unworthy)

• Holds and supports during times of stress and brings calm to overactive emotions

(My life the last few weeks has been eventful to say the least lol and I’ve needed that kind of nurturing calm and support)

• Very protective and transmutes all types of negative energies

(Just what I need!)

• Helps to balance and align the physical, mental and emotional bodies

(I am doing work on all three at the moment- giving myself healthy, life-giving food, meditating more to de-stress an overactive mind and release lingering emotions that may be holding me locked into a certain negative perspective)

(Turning divine inspiration into divine action is something I’m still working on being more studious about)

• Ability to help you focus and increase concentration when there are so many things going on in your life

(My mind runs a mile a minute, especially lately with the multiple jobs and commitments that I have going on right now, on top of the inner work I am trying to immerse myself in as well)

• Will help you focus on the Now moment rather than worry about the past or future

(Staying present in the Now moment is essential and something I have been wandering from repeatedly but I know that manifesting your future starts with choosing to be centered in the present moment and so I have been more mindful of that)

• Helps detoxify the body and increase blood circulation

(Yes I have been concerned about the circulation in my arms specifically!)

• Can help in the restoration of cellular tissues

(I’m hoping Fancy Jasper can speed up the recovery time of my lingering rash)

• A potent grounding stone

(Yes I’ve been taking steps to be more grounded such as going through grounding meditations, getting outside more and handling Root Chakra crystals more often)

• Helps you to let go of bitterness and resentment and encourages gentleness and compassion

(I’ve been asking my angels for assistance in this area, being more kind and compassionate in my interactions with people even though I may dislike their choices and attitudes)
 
Selenite:

• Can evoke protection from the Angelic realm, dispel negativity and shield from outside influences

(I’ve been dealing with someone who I’m constantly around who tends to project negative ideas and thoughts on to others and claim it as fact)

• Helps to connect with one’s guides, guardians, Christ Consciousness and Higher Self

(Definitely been connecting much more with my angels and guides lately, asking for their guidance, love and support)

• Aids in access to past and future lives

(I am still looking into my past life recall experience, always searching for more clues)

• Can clear, open and activate the Crown and Higher Chakras

(Perfect because I have started to listen to audios by You Wealth Revolution used to activate the higher Chakras such as the Soul Gateway Chakra, the Stellar Gateway Chakra, the Universal Gateway Chakra, and the Cosmic Gateway Chakra)

• Can quiet your mind and strengthen memory

(It might be a symptom of being ungrounded, but my short term memory has been shaky lately)

• Removes energetic blockages from physical and etheric bodies

(I can sense slow-moving energy lingering in my body, especially around my solar plexus chakra, probably to do with my gut and unbalanced gut microbia)

(Psychic attack meaning negative intentions, thoughts, wishes projected in your direction, intentionally or not)

(Yes Yes Yes! I am already practicing daily mantras for abundance, prosperity and good fortune)

• Good to have when dealing with money issues or legal issues

(I am about to pursue a legal issue and will be needing support in that endeavor)

• A stone of Love, the more it is cleansed, the more negativity will drop away and the more positive, loving vibrations will be magnetized to you

(Constantly reminding me of the law of attraction and to notice that everything is transient and has the potential to be changed for the better)
 
Desert Rose Selenite:

• Found in many desert areas such as Morocco and South Africa

(I have a very high interest in Morocco especially, but all of Africa as well due to my past life recall experience and the fire apparition that I saw that one night 2-3 years ago)

• Will enhance your dreams and past life recall

(Perfect)

• Will raise your vibrations so that you will experience white light and work with your guardian angels

(As you already know I have been working closely with my angels lately, I have shared my heart with them and they are hearing and answering my prayers)

• If there’s any kind of stagnation in your life, it will be eliminated by this stone

(I have been dealing with stagnation in my job/career area of my life as well as finances, but recently that has started to take a turn for the better)
