Hey guys so just a quick update on my skin before I get into my Cleanse and Vibrational Upgrade Challenge! My skin has improved A LOT! Yay thank God! I started using these ointments prescribed by my dermatologist as of last week Wednesday and the improvement is dramatic. My arms are still reddish where the rash used to be, but the actual rash is gone! No thick, scaly, bumpy yuck! Woot Woot! Even my left hand, which was definitely one of the worst areas has shed a lot of the thick skin that had layered on top of it and is just a light pink right now and so much smoother. Definitely a confidence boost for sure, and I'm so thankful for the quick healing. Like I can finally breathe a sigh of relief that the worst is definitely behind me and I can look forward to steady improvement and a definite increased enthusiasm for my "normal" skin lol. To complement this boost in overall positivity I've decided I'm going to be doing a complete physical, spiritual, mental, emotional and financial cleanse/detox and vibrational adjustment through a daily practice of mantra recitation, mudra practice, meditation, listening to healing frequencies/subliminals, exercise, clean eating, blessed detox water drinking, taking a probiotic green coffee supplement, prayer, crystal gridding, and essential oil application. Whew! That was quite a list lol. It may seem like much, and yes it is, but I really wanted to apply myself to a dramatic change and I'm determined and very confident that the results are going to be phenomenal! I'm so excited (: ! I want to do this for at least three full weeks to really get some time in to see some dramatic results. Today was Day 1, and I feel freaking awesome! My morning started with mantra recitation and a mudra pose hold for 45 minutes. Before that I took my probiotic green coffee supplement, which requires that you wait to eat a meal 30min to an hour so as soon as I finished with my mudra and mantras I cooked a vege-full breakfast. I made myself 1.5 liters of detox water which I drank throughout the day and later listened to new mantras I had just found that I thought would be extremely helpful for what I'm trying to do, accompanied with a crystal grid and also listened to a frequency meditation to balance and activate my chakras. I made myself a fiber-filled antioxidant rich smoothie for lunch, and then had some fruit to snack on and then made a very healthy yet satisfying dinner full of fiber, protein and probiotics. I also pulled my four Auracle cards to see what my soul wanted to work on at this time and I really can't say I'm surprised by what I ended up picking lol. Below I will go into more detail about each of the various modes of detoxing and upgrading that I've done today and will be continuing for the rest of the challenge. At the end of the 3 week period I will be updating you all on any weight lost, any changes in mood and mental clarity, overall energy and vitality, as well as any happy synchronicities and good fortune that I feel has transpired because of my practices. Probiotic & Green Coffee supplement: I found a bottle of Purely Inspired's Probiotics + Weight Loss with Green Coffee supplement at Target last week for under $15. It's a 2-week supply so I'm thinking I'll definitely be able to see some kind of results lol. Basically you take 3 of the vege capsules twice a day, 30min to an hour before your 2 largest meals. I've started to take mine first thing in the morning before my breakfast and mantra practice so that by the time I'm finished I can start making my food. Then I'll take one before my lunch a I feel it's best to keep dinner as the lightest meal. The supplement is gluten free and non-stimulating and has a nice dose of a long list of essential vitamins and minerals including 56% DV of Vitmain B6 per serving as well as 50% DV of Iron per serving, which I find wonderful as I am anemic. Plus I just got off of 2 different antibiotics about a week and a half ago so my gut microbiota definitely needs some help reestablishing in my body, which is why the probiotic attribute was so appealing to me in the first place. Mudras: I decided that if I really wanted to lose weight quickly but naturally, the use of mudras would be highly beneficial. Mudras stimulate the natural energy meridians of the body, bringing you back in harmony through adjustment of energy flows. The human body is made up of the five elements, earth, air, water, fire and ether. These 5 elements correspond to a different finger, for example the fire element connects to the thumb, the index finger connects to the air element, the middle finger to the ether element, the ring finger to the earth element, and the pinky finger to the water element. Any issues in the body is the result of an imbalance of one or more of the elementd and can be resolved through various positioning of the different elements through holding mudra poses. I have started using the Surya Mudra, or Sun Mudra, which increases the fire element in the body while decreasing the earth element. The fire element is responsible for your digestive system and metabolism while the earth element (when out of balance) is responsible for accumulated excess fat in the body. The Surya mudra achieves this by placing the thumb (fire) over the ring finger's knuckle (earth) and having the tip of the ring finger touch the base of the thumb. The remaining three fingers are left extended and straight. Also, for all mudra practice, one must keep the arms straight and extended with palms facing up towards the heavens (able to receive heavens blessings). The Surya mudra is most effective when practiced first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and in a sitting position. The pose must be held for at least 45 minutes a day for a recommended 40 days to see great results. Benefits of the Surya Mudra include reducing heaviness in the body, increase metabolism, fight and prevent colds, increase vitality, improve vision, and increase core body temperature (I have already noticed after practicing this mudra just twice that there is a definite increase in temperature in my mid-section, so cool!). Mantras: I have been using three different mantras constantly (although not daily) since I've learned them about two years ago through reading "Easy Breezy Prosperity" by Emmanuel Dagher. The first is "Om breez namaha" (Om brah-zee nah-mah-hah), to attract good fortune and abundance. The second is "Om shreem maha l'akshmye namaha" (Om shr-eem meh-hah lahk-shmee-yay nah-mah-hah), to attract prosperity in all areas of your life. The third is "Om gum ganapataye namaha" (Om guhm guh-nuh-puh-tuh-yay nah-mah-hah), to clear obstacles to a happy, healthy and prosperous life. These three mantras are amazingly effective! I Always have a very smooth day after reciting these mantras in the morning. I tend to have great luck with timing, sometimes I'll find money, people tend to be much more positive around me, I'll receive opportunities, people will do nice things for me such as buying me lunch or giving me a ride without me asking. It is always a good day if I've used these mantras lol. I know the words and pronunciation by heart now, so besides reciting them in the morning along with music as I hold my mudra pose, I also periodically throughout the day recite them as I'm walking down the street or waiting somewhere. I invite their energy into all areas of my life and I feel like the more I recite them, the more in alignment I allow myself to be with their energies. Most days as I recite them I can feel energy surges coming from my hands, projecting that wealth of luck and abundance energy outwards into the world as I receive its gifts. If you have trouble with pronunciation there are many audios on youtube that you can follow along to. Many are spelled a little differently, but that's okay, as long as the pronunciation is correct, because as you know mantras work because they actualize the sound and vibration of what you are wanting to manifest. Pronunciation is important. I've also recently found another mantra that is absolutely perfect to use in conjunction with the Surya Mudra. It is called the Agni Mantra, which praises and asks for assistance from Lord Agni, the Hindu primordial lord of fire who is said to be the vital spark of life and as such is in all living things, as well as the fire which consumes food in people's stomach. Agni or fire, is the power of inner and outer illumination so when he is invoked through this mantra, you can expect to receive an illumination of mind and higher intellect as well as health, wealth and happiness. The mantra goes like this "Om Vaishvanaraya vidmahi, Lalelaya dhimahi, Tano Agni prachodayat". This one was a little trickier for me to learn to pronounce so I highly recommend finding an audio on youtube to assist you. Chant this mantra for purification of mind and body, especially to burn away toxins and fat. This mantra asks to be done early in the morning after showering, preferably facing East and having an image of Lord Agni in sight. I keep this page up when reciting the mantra as there is a picture of Lord Agni as well as the words to the mantra just so I can recite it confidently. http://www.insightstate.com/video/agni-mantra-weight-loss-mantra/ Crystal Grid: I've looked up what crystals I can use to assist me in losing weight, cleansing any negative thoughts and keeping a positive mindset during my challenge. Incorporating them into a grid is highly beneficial, as the energies of each crystal complements and bounces off each other and when accessing their energies it is easier with this kind of placement to access their energies as a whole. Also, it is just plain pretty to look at (: I've found that Amethyst, Sunstone, Apatite, Kyanite, Citrine, Selenite, Iolite, Seraphinite, Clear Quartz and Carnelian are best for this intention. I currently have Amethyst, Kyanite, Citrine, Selenite and Carnelian in my possession so I've used those to set up a grid where I sit to do my morning mantras and mudra hold. I definitely will be looking for Sunstone, Iolite, Seraphinite and Apatite to add to my collection however, and hopefully I'll find some pieces at the Crystals & Cupcakes event coming up at Sedona store at Ward next weekend. Amethyst helps to control appetite and reduce cravings. Kyanite is great for purification, increases will power and boosts the immune system. Citrine improves digestion, activates the solar plexus, and releases what does not serve you, emotionally and physically. Selenite brings purifying white light into the body and is an emotional cleanser for the mind, body, spirit and outer environment. Carnelian increases your metabolism and is great for overall good health. Clear Quartz is excellent for focus, purification, and amplifying the energies of the other stones.
interactive with your soul in real time, so you will see that you've chosen the exact cards that you need at that exact time in your life.
I chose Gold 1 for my "Heart of the Matter" card, Bronze 1 for my "Obstacles card, Primary Red 1 for my "Here and Now" card, and Aubergine for my "Resolutions/Possibilities" card. When Gold 1, The Master In You card is chosen, it points out that it is time to open to inner wisdom and spiritual guidance to help you achieve balance between the material and spiritual wealth you seek. The description states "As Gold is the Fire Element, it symbolizes the fires burning inside our bodies to transform darker matter such as base metals aka (fears/anxiety), into higher vibrational energy such as Gold (Love/Spiritual/Wisdom/Porsperity). The mandala side of the card invites communication with master guides and supports in emotional and mental clarity. Interesting to note the synchronicity in choosing this card as I am currently working with mudras and mantras (Agni mantra) and ascended masters/deities such as Lord Agni and Ganesha that promote the transmutation of obstacles into a clear path to success, cleansing the mind of lower vibrations like fear and anxiety, instilling a sense of power and higher intellect as well as aligning my mind, body and soul with higher frequencies like Love and Abundance and boosting the fire within my body (through Lord Agni's mantra and the surya mudra). Another card that I chose was Bronze 1, A Hero's Journey card, which when chosen means you are calling for extreme life changes regarding your physical health and beauty (Yes exactly!), meaning it is time to honor yourself and recover the inner power you once felt as a youth. The description reads that there is no time like the present to become more powerfully internally, as how you feel on the inside is always reflected on the outside and the most loving gift you can give yourself is support on your journey to a higher path of radiance and well-being. The mandala side of the card awakens your courage to let go of things in your life that dishonor your health and inspires you to choose higher vibrational foods which will nourish your mind, body and soul. I use these cards (as well as the other two) by having a gazing session which whichever I am most attracted to at the moment while contemplating its meaning and what I wish to gain from working with its specific energy. Another way I use them is placing them on my body and soaking their energy into my cells. I also place them near me as I meditate or recite my mantras so that their energy can boost the overall effect and their presence also helps me to focus on what I wish to manifest. Lastly I simply have them resting upright on my laptop as I play frequencies or subliminals on a loop as I sleep. Detox Water: Besides blessing my water before drinking it, which by the way is a very beneficial practice, I've decided to boost water's natural healing ability by adding some very healthy cleansing ingredients to the mix. The detox water I am currently drinking includes `olena (sweet turmeric), lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in blessed water. I first slice up about two 3-inch pieces of `olena and put into a 1.5 liter drinking container (I recycled a lemonade karaf), then I spalsh in about 2-3 tablespoons of Bragg brand apple cider vinegar and about the same amount in organic lemon juice and then fill to the top with water. To bless my water I hold my left hand about three inches above the surface with fingers outstretched and sense the energy flow pouring from my hand into the water. I acknowledge the life force energy within the water and say three times "I honor the space in which you exist". I then notice the increase in energy flow from my hand to the water, give that a few seconds, and then say "thank you" with heartfelt gratitude before taking a drink. I find this to be a very good practice to use as it is within my knowledge that water is alive and water holds energy, intentions. So why not honor this living energy and invite this life-giving element to nourish your body intentionally! Clean Eating: By clean eating I mean no processed junk food, nothing deep fried or extra salty, no red meat, no rice, low carb, and absolutely no added sugar. Also, I try to eat as organic as possible and am trying to stick to just fish for meat protein, although chicken once in a blue moon is okay with me. I am eating mostly vegetables, such as spinach, kale, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, and cabbage and fruits like oranges, apples, and blueberries mostly. I have also been making myself healthy shakes lately which is usually a combination of oranges or pineapple and blueberries, plant-based vanilla protein powder, spirulina powder, spinach, chia seeds, and either coconut milk, almond milk, or water, with ice. It's not the tastiest lol but it's not bad either, and it tastes like Health! Haha. I try to be more mindful when deciding what to eat, choosing foods that I feel will nourish my cells rather than choosing what will satisfy fleeting cravings. I recently bought some cacao powder so in the future I will be experimenting with adding that and some cinnamon to my shakes. I am also a huge fan right now of probiotics, so kim chee, plain probiotic yogurt (definitely processed but this is the one occasional exception) and kombucha is regularly a part of my day's menu. When I cook I include healthy fat such as extra virgin olive oil, and salt-free herb seasoning accompanied by pink Himalayan salt, pepper, diced onions and garlic. Basically I'm trying to maintain a very high-fiber diet accompanied by healthy fats (olive oil, avocado) and making sure to include foods that have a nice dose of protein (such as broccoli) and definitely some vitamin C (such as oranges). Essential Oils: Essential oils are an excellent complement to a healthy lifestyle without synthetic drugs and chemicals. I give credit to the use of essential oils for me rarely ever getting sick. I think I get a cold oh maybe once a year? And when I do I don't use cough medicine at all, I just take On Guard essential oil blend by Doterra, and I've quickly noticed that it is much more effective than traditional cold medication and that is actually what I will be taking every day of this challenge. One drop in your mouth and then one or two more at the bottom of your foot. Rub your other foot into that one so that you can blend the oil into both sides and then cover your feet with socks. Your feet is an effective area of access for your body to soak beneficial nutrients in as well as have toxins pulled out from. If taking orally, I do recommend dropping the oil as far back into your mouth as possible as the taste is very strong. On Guard protective blend is made up of Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Leaf, and Rosemary Leaf/Flower essential oils and specifically boosts the immune system, protects against environmental and seasonal threats, and promotes healthy circulation. Frequencies/Subliminals: I have a lot of previous experience in using healing frequency audios, especially in using them for healing physical ailments (such as my rash) so I know how effective they are. Certain frequencies such as 432 Hz and 528 Hz resonate in perfect harmony, holding various qualities and energies that bring about certain feelings and emotions, clear blockages, restore, enhance, etc. 432 Hz raises positive vibrations, instills a sense of peace, and brings one more in harmony with the self and natural world. 528 Hz releases fear, anxiety and negativity, and is even said to repair DNA. I find these frequencies to listen to via youtube, where there are many audios mixing these frequencies with soothing nature sounds, mantra chanting, singing bowls, chimes etc. I find them to be extremely calming, the music kind of like a distraction for my mind to focus on as the rest of my senses completely relax and I open to the healing that these amazing harmonic frequencies supply. I have also recently found some really cool subliminal audios that play bass-heavy current music or simply positive, uplifting tones with affirmations woven in. I have subscribed to Xi Subliminals, Slay Subliminals and Alice's Enchanted Cottage on Youtube, which all put out effective subliminal videos. I especially like Slay Subliminals' Mega Beauty Combo video, not only for the upbeat music that makes me want to dance lol but also for the slideshow, which is pretty much a bunch of different pics of random girls (some are quite scandalous so you've been warned), but the reason I like them is because I have been using them as focus for what I want to see in my own life, for my self. I absolutely know that everyone has different body types and I shouldn't hold tightly onto the idea of looking just like them, but that's not at all what I'm doing, I'm simply focusing on attributes that I would like to create in my own way as I listen to the audio. For example, many have extremely small waists and while I don't know whether my waist will ever get that tiny (nor do I really want it to be), slimming my waist in general is the goal and focusing on what I do want rather than what I don't is a much more effective way in getting what it is that I want. Also, I sense a lot of confidence coming from them and I am inspired by that level of comfortableness they have with their bodies, and that level of satisfaction that I too hope to possess as well.

I Am Kawehi. 27 years of life on this earth, steadily growing, rising and blossoming like a lotus birthing through the mud, upwards into crystal waters and then to rest atop in open air as the firey sun alights my form. I wander. I imagine. I expand and seek to understand. I see. I AM. Archives
